PSG Digital Magazine | Peter Schmidt Group
Peter Schmidt Group, one of Germany's most successful brand and design agencies with over 50 years of excellence, needed an exclusive digital magazine that would embody their core attributes and values: strategic thinking and passion for design. The publication needed to showcase their human-centric design philosophy while demonstrating how they help clients anchor established brands as future icons, make challengers the new benchmarks, turn smart ideas into business impact, and establish transformations in internal culture.
The challenge lay in creating a digital experience that would reflect the agency's prestigious reputation while delivering content in an engaging, innovative format that demonstrated their design expertise.

As the UX/UI Designer for PSG's e-Magazine, I created a digital experience that translated their strategic vision into an intuitive interface. I developed a user experience strategy focused on design professionals, potential clients, and industry influencers, identifying their content consumption patterns through stakeholder workshops. Working with editorial teams, I designed an information architecture that organized thought leadership articles, case studies, and design insights with clear navigation pathways.
The visual interface design employed a minimalist aesthetic with carefully selected typography, color systems, and grid structures that reflected PSG's sophisticated brand identity while maintaining content focus. Through interactive prototyping and user testing with design professionals, I refined interaction patterns to create an intuitive yet delightful reading experience.
The UX design created a seamless cross-device reading experience with careful attention to article transitions and typographic hierarchy. The UI established a consistent visual system that maintained brand identity while accommodating diverse content types. Close collaboration with developers ensured accurate implementation of all design elements.
The PSG digital magazine successfully embodied the agency's design principles while providing an engaging platform for their thought leadership. The interface design received praise for its sophisticated aesthetic, thoughtful typography, and seamless transitions. The responsive implementation maintained a premium experience across all devices. The e-Magazine strengthened PSG's position as a design leader, effectively showcasing client success stories and design philosophy while supporting business development efforts.
