DB Inside Bahn | Ray Sono AG
As an independent UX/UI designer commissioned by Ray Sono AG, I addressed Deutsche Bahn's challenge of creating an engaging customer touchpoint beyond ticketing services. I designed an intuitive multi-platform interface that organized diverse content types - from train information and station guides to travel tips and service offerings - into a cohesive experience. My UI system maintained brand consistency while adapting to various devices, creating accessible pathways to information that enhanced the overall travel experience and strengthened customer connection to the Deutsche Bahn brand.
The UI design system for Deutsche Bahn's inside.bahn.de platform organized diverse content types into an intuitive, visually cohesive experience. I developed responsive components with consistent behavior across devices, using typography hierarchies, color systems, and interaction patterns to enhance content discovery. My interface design balanced Deutsche Bahn's brand identity with functional clarity, featuring thoughtful navigation structures and integrated social sharing elements that encouraged engagement while maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints​​​​​​​.
The interface design balanced comprehensive content presentation with intuitive navigation, reducing bounce rates compared to previous digital properties.
