The UX design was based on "Micro to Macro" - scaling computer components into a walkable 6x6m installation. The Meta Cube served as a physical metaphor for a data center where visitors could experience digital transformation firsthand. The core concept was a multi-sensory user journey orchestrated by the interactive KUKA robotic arm "Metabot".

The interface combined an intuitive touch system with three-dimensional visualization. Visitors navigated through various topic areas via touch gestures, triggering the KUKA Metabot to perform choreographed presentations across LED floor, LED backwall, and hologram surface. The information architecture enabled even technical novices to understand complex relationships between sustainability, efficiency, and digital transformation.
The user experience transformed abstract business processes into a self-guided customer journey. The intuitive interface established the SAP booth as the central networking hub of the trade show and enabled qualified B2B conversations with international industry leaders through fascinating physical-digital interaction.
