NEUE KAISER, a collaborative pop-up in Frankfurt's high-rise district, needed unified branding across all touchpoints. As UX/UI designer, I created a visual system and interface design connecting the space's multiple functions while respecting the historic building's architecture. My work extended to the building's facade, complementing the digital experience. The responsive interface balanced contemporary elements with heritage aesthetics, creating a cohesive brand experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
As the UX/UI Designer for NEUE KAISER, I created a comprehensive experience connecting digital and physical touchpoints. I developed an intuitive website and booking system that clearly communicated the venue's dining, working, and cultural offerings while simplifying reservations. My work extended beyond digital to include the building's facade design, creating a contemporary visual statement that respected the historical architecture while becoming a distinctive landmark. I also designed the interior wayfinding system that guided visitors through the multi-functional space and created flexible marketing assets for promoting various events and offerings—all working together to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
The integrated design strategy successfully established NEUE KAISER as a distinctive destination in Frankfurt, with my facade design becoming a recognizable landmark and digital interfaces achieving strong booking conversion rates. The seamless connection between online and physical touchpoints created a cohesive brand journey from digital discovery to in-person experience, reinforcing the venue's unique positioning at the intersection of gastronomy, culture, and community.
Façade and branding
NEUE KAISER is a pop-up creative project by FRANKFURTER BRAUUNION, FRANKFURTER NEUE KÜCHE, and OPER FRANKFURT, located in a historic building in Frankfurt's high-rise district. This downtown hotspot combines culture with culinary enjoyment, offering various event spaces for 10-450 people. The venue features a stylish dining area, a counter hall with pop-up stage, an atrium, reception space for meetings, and a street terrace, all complemented by first-class cuisine from FRANKFURTER NEUE KÜCHE.
