ZenKoPA Platform Relaunch| UX/UI Redesign Project
In close collaboration with the founders and managing directors of ZenKoPA, I led the comprehensive UI/UX redesign of their nursing education coordination platform. The existing portal had become outdated and difficult to use, creating barriers for healthcare institutions managing their training programs. My approach focused on modernizing the user experience and interface design, with careful attention to simplifying the complex workflows that users navigate daily.
Working alongside ZenKoPA's leadership team, I conducted a thorough analysis of the legacy interface, identifying critical usability challenges. The outdated design created unnecessary complexity, with confusing navigation patterns and inconsistent visual elements that impeded efficient coordination of nursing placements.
